Description:
Along with yard games and s’mores around the fire pit, Heidi Kinsella will facilitate an experiential activity with horses to teach you self-regulation skills that can enhance your recovery.

In this activity, you will not be riding horses but will have an opportunity to be up close and touch/interact with the horses.

If you decide to participate in this activity, you will need to sign a release to do so and will need to wear closed toe shoes during the activity.
If you prefer, you can still participate without touching the horses or being close to the horses, by watching others participate in the activity.

Heidi Kinsella is a licensed therapist and an addictions specialist who holds a certificate from the University of Denver as an Equine-Assisted Mental Health Practitioner.
