First we’ll snag some java to give ourselves a jolt of energy – then we’ll hit the trails!

We’ll ride the Creekside Trail system for about 60-90 minutes depending on comfort of the group.

Meet at Trailyard in the cafe at 9am CST. Megan, the Recovery Beyond facilitator, will be wearing a Recovery Beyond ballcap.

If you have a personal bike, please email megan@recoverybp.org and let us know. The more personal bikes brought, the more people we can include. If you don’t have a bike, it will be provided. Coffee will also be courtesy of Recovery Beyond!
