Intermediate – Experienced players encouraged!

Luther Burbank Park Tennis Courts (Outdoor)

Peer Lead: Anne Marie Legato

What to Bring:
– Court Shoes or Tennis Shoes
– Water bottle
– Sunglasses or Hat or Sunscreen (for sun)
– Comfortable clothes you are ok with sweating in
– Pickleball Paddle
(We will have paddles to borrow if you don’t have them.)

What to Expect:

• We will start off by gathering together and saying “Hi!”
• Then we will begin with a nice warm up.
  • Ball Control.
  • Accuracy & Distance.
  • Warm-up Skills & get ready to keep score.
• This specific activity is for competitive play in Pickleball.
  • Participants will team up against other players at the courts and compete in actual games.
  • It’s gonna be fun for sure, but it is also serious play, so be ready to give it your best shot!

Everyone is welcome to stay & continue to play more games after our activity has concluded.
